Terms & Conditions — INNOCENT RP

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of INNOCENT RP, including our FiveM server, website (innocent-rp.store and its subdomains), Tebex store, and Discord community (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
INNOCENT RP is a FiveM roleplay server with an associated web store, selling both server products and scripts, and a Discord community. We may add, change, or remove features, content, or access to the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility
There is no minimum age to use the Service generally, beyond what is required by the third-party platforms we rely on, such as Discord's own terms. To make a purchase, you must be at least 16 years old, per Tebex's buyer terms, since Tebex is Merchant of Record for all purchases. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements of any third-party platform involved, including Discord, Tebex, and any payment providers.
3. Accounts
Your account is tied to your FiveM identity and may be linked to your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your own failure to secure it.
4. Server rules & conduct
Use of the server is subject to our roleplay and community rules, published separately at our community rules. Violating those rules, cheating, exploiting bugs, or abusing other players or staff may result in warnings, kicks, bans, or account termination, at our discretion.
5. Purchases, virtual goods, scripts & subscriptions
We sell two categories of product through a single Tebex store: server products (innocent-rp.store) and scripts and resources (scripts.innocent-rp.store).
Purchases are made through our storefront, operated by Tebex (checkout.tebex.io). Tebex acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases — the contract of sale is formed directly between you and Tebex, not between you and INNOCENT RP. Tebex takes full responsibility for fulfillment and delivery, chargebacks, and payment disputes as Seller of Record, under Tebex's own buyer terms (https://checkout.tebex.io/terms). We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or fulfillment issues, which are Tebex's responsibility. Where these Terms conflict with Tebex's buyer terms on any matter related to a purchase, Tebex's terms take priority, consistent with Tebex's own stated order of precedence.
All digital items are licensed to you, not sold. A license is personal to the account used to make the purchase and does not transfer ownership.
Server products (virtual in-game items, ranks, and currency):
- Require you to be an active INNOCENT RP player to receive and use; delivered in-game.
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Service.
- Are forfeited if the server ceases operation, consistent with Tebex's own terms.
Scripts and resources:
- Are delivered to your own cfx.re/Keymaster account and licensed for use on the server(s) specified at purchase. You do not need to be an INNOCENT RP player to purchase or use a script.
- May not be redistributed, resold, shared, leaked, or published, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Violating this may result in license termination, account bans, and other remedies available to us.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by Tebex's buyer terms (https://checkout.tebex.io/terms), since Tebex is Merchant of Record and processes all refunds. To request a refund, contact us first — we will review your request and, where warranted, initiate it through Tebex on your behalf. Tebex retains final say and may, in rare cases, decline a refund we have requested. EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content purchases, waived once you consent to immediate delivery at checkout; this right is also administered by Tebex.
If we are unable to provide the purchased content, benefit, or support tied to a purchase, resolution will follow whichever is more specific: these Terms or Tebex's own terms.
6. Suspension & termination
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without refund for any purchases already made.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party providers, including Discord (authentication and community), Tebex (payments and store), Modora (support ticketing), and Sender.net (email delivery). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by these third parties.
Personal data we receive from Tebex in connection with a purchase, such as checkout email, IP address, and payment method type, is handled under our agreement with Tebex, which governs how that data may be used, retained, and shared with further third parties.
8. Intellectual property
All original content, code, and assets created by INNOCENT RP remain our property. Content you submit, such as support messages or community posts, may be used by us to operate and improve the Service. Third-party assets and scripts used on the Service remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of virtual items, progress, or access.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where these Terms expressly defer to Tebex's own terms on purchase-related matters, as described in Section 5.
